E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Ultimation is searching for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our fast-paced e-commerce team located in Sterling Heights, MI. The successful candidate will help manage our website and e-commerce platforms and contractors. 

This position is an onsite position local to the Sterling Heights, MI area. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage our WooCommerce and Amazon product catalogs as needed by updating new and existing products. Including: pricing, details, and media (photo, video) assets. 

• Assist with new website content creation including blog posts, system information pages, etc. 

• Continually update our website’s products, highlight sales promotions, and drive overall e-commerce sales performance. 

• Identify new opportunities and promotional ideas that will enhance Ultimation’s e-commerce performance and grow with our online customer base. 

• Develop organic website content that enhances search engine performance and online engagement. 

• Learn about Ultimation’s product offerings to market and sell. 

• During peak workload times, you may be asked to occasionally answer customer calls and direct them to the appropriate party and assist the sales team with customer quotes. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. 
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). 
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and content optimization for e-commerce. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders. 
• Experience working with an accounting and/or ERP database (preferred). 
• Organized with attention to detail. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (I.e., Outlook and Excel). 
• Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office is essential. 
• A pleasant phone voice and easy-going personality. 
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful but not required. 

Highly Desired Additional Experience: 

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. 
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Education Requirements:
