Role:

It Takes A Village is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be the heart of our kitchen operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of
food preparation and services to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our young learners. The cook will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing nutritious
and delicious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our students. You'll work closely with management and staff to develop diverse and balanced menus that promote healthy eating habits and support overall growth and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals according to the prescribed nutritional guidelines and menus.

Location: South Loop, Austin, and Oak Park (Communities in Chicago, IL) 

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $43,645 - $56,275

Required Education and Experience:

• Must have a Certified FoodService Manager license from the Chicago Department of Public Health.   

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
