Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Location / Shift / Compensation:

- One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience, home health experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate good customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills, time management.
- Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software. Working knowledge of EMR database preferred.
- Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Agency.
- Valid drivers license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required.
- Travel may be required.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Working environment is relatively quiet and can be stressful due to deadlines, multiple tasks and general compliance of law, rules and regulations. The position requires visual acuity and dexterity, sitting, standing, some pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 pounds.
