Skills:
- Aptitude for occasionally applying shop math and geometry, required.
- Problem solving, required.
- Aptitude for reading blueprints, required.
- Aptitude for machine shop theory, required.
- Aptitude for utilization of a variety of common hand tools, required.
- Ability to work as part of a team, required.
- Organizational and follow-through skills, required.
Physical:
- Lift up to 70 pounds independently, required.
- Constant visual inspection and auditory inspection capability, required.
- Frequent daily bending, squatting, twisting, manual dexterity (to handle and manipulate small parts), required.
- Ability to access, input and process data using a computer occasionally, required.
Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent, required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of Precision part handling, preferred.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in CNC machine operation required.
