Position Overview:

We are seeking a Power BI Analyst with proven experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Extract and combine data from multiple sources, including SAP B1 (SQL database), and Snowflake.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Document data sources, logic, and report development processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3+ years of experience designing and building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (data queries, joins, stored procedures, and data analysis).
  • Experience working with Crystal Reports. We will be translating reports that are currently in Crystal Reports to the Power BI Platform.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and relational database structures.
  • Experience using Power BI dataflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Snowflake
  • Experience reporting from SAP Business One (SAP B1)
  • Familiarity with DAX and Power Query in Power BI
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

  • Type: Temporary / Contract
  • Duration: Approximately 2–3 months
  • Location: Remote or Local to Orlando, Florida
  • Schedule: Full-time preferred
  • Reports To: Business Intelligence Manager
