As our Inventory Analyst, you’ll be a key player in supporting the day-to-day functions of our supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized with a strong track record of follow-through and who thrives in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate for this position is willing to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and tackle problems with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary Description: $73,000 - $95,000 annually + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations across Purchasing, Supply Planning, and Inventory.
• Coordinate with Copackers, 3PLs, and Suppliers to manage timelines and ensure accurate deliveries
• Manages full-cycle tracking of order statuses and vendor records
• Owns and processes Purchasing, Production, Inventory and Fulfillment transactions within NetSuite
• Executes and audits end-of-month reconciliation of Copackers

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—ideally in a CPG, F&B, or E-Comm environment
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (intermediate level), with working knowledge of NetSuite
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of working closely with Contract Manufacturers and 3PL’s to ensure seamless supply chain execution
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrates flexibility in managing multiple roles, functions, and responsibilities as needed
• Consistently delivers solutions to complex supply chain problems under dynamic conditions
