As our Inventory Analyst, you’ll be a key player in supporting the day-to-day functions of our supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized with a strong track record of follow-through and who thrives in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate for this position is willing to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and tackle problems with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
Salary Description: $73,000 - $95,000 annually + bonus

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across Purchasing, Supply Planning, and Inventory.
- Coordinate with Copackers, 3PLs, and Suppliers to manage timelines and ensure accurate deliveries
- Manages full-cycle tracking of order statuses and vendor records
- Owns and processes Purchasing, Production, Inventory and Fulfillment transactions within NetSuite
- Executes and audits end-of-month reconciliation of Copackers
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—ideally in a CPG, F&B, or E-Comm environment
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (intermediate level), with working knowledge of NetSuite
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities independently
