The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through the effective delivery and adoption of Claritas products and services. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, the Account Manager manages renewals, oversees daily client needs, and ensures successful implementation and utilization of Claritas solutions.
This role combines client relationship management, strategic account planning, and operational execution to drive measurable client success and return on investment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Execute client servicing activities in alignment with account plans, delivering consistent value, insights, and performance outcomes
- Drive client retention, adoption, expansion, and advocacy to ensure long-term satisfaction and account stability.
- Manage renewals, proposals, contracts, and solution fulfillment to meet delivery timelines and client expectations.
- Oversee client subscriptions, including user setup, access management, and training on platforms, dashboards, and data tools.
- Support strategic account planning in collaboration with the Account Development Team, aligning with client objectives and market opportunities.
