About this role

As the Manager, Appointments, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Dealerlogix appointments team as they configure, train, and ensure successful software project go-lives for our Text2Drive and Dealerlogix customers. As a working manager, you will be responsible for both performing successful implementations of the Dealerlogix appointments system, and ensuring a high-impact, scalable approach to customer implementation and virtual training through a combination of existing systems and practices and new ideas and improvements, in collaboration with Configuration, Onsite Training, and Implementation teams. Our goal is to improve time-to-value, quality of output, and predictability/scalability of the organization, while executing on our existing product backlog. What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure successful and timely implementations of the Dealerlogix Appointment product
  • Manage and mentor a team of implementation and support professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to streamline and improve current processes across implementation teams, and drive adoption of consistent, high-quality process improvements that optimize workload for both customers and internal teams.
  • Uphold quality of implementation processes by defining and enforcing best-in-class standards, playbooks and frameworks to maximize efficiency and customer impact.
  • Grow the implementation function to ensure Vehlo is recognized as “the favorite” for our customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Vehlo scheduler integrations with 3rd party vendors and partners, ensuring a smooth technical and operational collaboration.
  • Develop strong technical, process, and project management expertise within the team to support scalable, high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute as key leader within the Implementation & Training function for the Dealership division, shaping strategy, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
