Here at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions , we are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to join the VRS team as a Customer Service Representative professional who will be responsible for educating and promoting VRS products via the telephone to a lead-generated customer base. You will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and services as well as provide general information regarding questions or issues. As a customer service representative, you will serve our customers by acting as the voice of our brand, caring for our customers, managing scheduled home deliveries, and troubleshooting problems.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on the telephone to all inbound and outbound veterinary product callers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about VRS products as recommended by the pet veterinary care provider.
- Perform general data entry as necessary.
- Focus on retention of current customers by providing courteous and knowledgeable information regarding billing and following up on any questions.
- Display professional, courteous, and efficient communication through both inbound and outbound sources, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Associate's Degree in Health Care or Veterinary related field preferred but not necessary
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite as well as being able to learn new systems and retain information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
