At WCTractor, we take pride in the equipment we sell and the people who deliver it. We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver who knows their way around tractors, implements, and trailers and can represent WCTractor with professionalism on every delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport agricultural and construction equipment between WCTractor locations and to customer sites

• Load and secure tractors, implements, and attachments using proper tie-down techniques

• Operate and handle a variety of equipment types, including compact tractors, hay equipment, and utility vehicles

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain delivery logs

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups

• Assist with occasional yard or inventory tasks when not driving

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL driving experience

• Clean driving record (MVR required)

• Experience operating and hauling agricultural or construction equipment

• Strong understanding of load balance, equipment tie-down, and trailer safety

• Customer service mindset — polite, respectful, and professional with customers and coworkers

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday (some flexibility for occasional weekend/evening deliveries)

• Competitive pay based on experience (paid bi-weekly, every other Friday)
