What You’ll Do:

Contact members regarding delinquent accounts in a respectful, professional manner.

Work collaboratively with members to identify solutions and repayment options that best fit their financial situations.

Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and account activity.

Support members through challenging times while protecting the credit union’s financial interests.

Ensure a consistent, member-focused collections experience.

Previous experience in collections, lending, or customer service preferred.
