Three years of successful coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Ability to recruit and develop student athletes. Knowledge of NAIA rules and compliance process preferred.

Bachelor's degree is required, Master's preferred.

Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to foster a culture of respect, integrity and academic success. Must be able to multi-task and be a part of a fast paced demanding environment.

Ability to maintain confidential information, strong time management and leadership development skills. Must be able to work in a variety of weather and able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
