We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Director to join our  Digital Services team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise of Business Central and proven experience leading an ERP practice. This hands-on role will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the full lifecycle of Business Central implementation projects, helping to develop the pipeline, managing team performance, and driving practice growth and profitability. This role also requires a technical understanding of complementary Microsoft 365 applications, seasoned leadership, resource management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that drive business value. The candidate will be known for building strong client relationships and mentoring functional and technical teams to deliver scalable digital solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Business Central, including requirements gathering, build and configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to deliver successful implementations.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all Business Central implementations, upgrades and support offerings.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, and lead solution design, product demos, project scope definition and assumptions, and estimates and planning to drive Business Central pipeline.
- Consult with clients on Microsoft mid-market technologies by investigating their business needs and discussing new opportunities.
- Set and measure team performance goals, KPIs and quality standards for project services and deliverables.
- Ensure best practices are followed for project planning, methodology, management and client communication.
- Conduct onboarding process, training / mentoring, performance management and career development programs for team members.
- Maintain an optimized onshore / offshore delivery model to maximize efficiency and scale.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Lead and mentor consultants and managers.
- Manage key ISV and service partner relationships
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of project process, methodologies and deliverables.
- Monitor Business Central project profitability, resource utilization targets and client satisfaction.
- Proactively mitigating firm risk through adherence to project scope, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
