Regional Vice President, Sales (Outside Sales)

We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with key healthcare decision-makers. If you thrive in complex sales cycles and love creating meaningful client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle across a multi-state territory or national accounts

  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals that exceed revenue targets

  • Present solutions to C-suite executives and key healthcare decision-makers

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize account potential

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Track sales activity, forecast results, and leverage digital tools to enhance performance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in healthcare

  • Proven track record of managing complex deals and selling to executives

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
