Role Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is our force‑multiplier, building training, content, and systems that make reps sharper, faster, and more effective. You’ll shorten ramp, lift conversion, and improve meeting quality by owning onboarding and readiness, creating crisp playbooks and talk tracks, tightening Salesforce/cadence discipline, and syncing with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, CS, RFP and Operations so the field always has the right asset at the right moment.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding & Certification: Design/run role‑specific onboarding with clear competencies and certification to cut time‑to‑first‑meeting/proposal via hands‑on labs.
- Playbooks & Content: Build GTM playbooks (principal/district/ELOP‑ASES; parent‑paid vs school‑paid), create core assets, and maintain a single‑source content hub with version control and easy Salesforce/Drive findability.
- Training & Field Readiness: Lead bi‑weekly huddles, call coaching and deal reviews; run quarterly readiness and launch kits for new programs/markets.
- Tools, Process & Salesforce Excellence: Support adoption of Salesforce + marketing tools and AI‑in‑flow with micro‑guides, prompt libraries, office hours; standardize discovery notes, proposals, and handoffs with 6‑week lead‑time best practices.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Maintain concise competitor/ELOP‑ASES briefs and use win/loss & CSM survey insights.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Track impact
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in Sales Enablement, RevOps/Sales Ops, or high‑impact training/coaching (K‑12/edtech/OST services a plus).
- Proven ability to build onboarding programs, playbooks, and content that move the needle.
- Strong facilitator and coach, comfortable running live practice and giving direct, constructive feedback.
- Excellent writer/editor; can turn staffing ratios, schedules, and ELOP/ASES constraints into buyer‑friendly assets.
- Disciplined project manager; comfortable juggling training cycles and enhancements.
- Mission‑driven, collaborative, energetic.
Bonus points: Familiar with California ELOP/ASES guidelines and school scheduling logistics; exposure to parent‑paid pricing/packaging alongside district‑funded models.
