Qualifications
- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform. including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components or Lightning Aura Components and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc.
- Previous experience with implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. Solutions include Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange.
- Understanding and configuration of SAML and oAuth flows as well as the utilization of Salesforce application and platform security tools. Solutions such as Checkmarx, AppOmni or similar.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware.
- Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
