Initiate, verify, and witness jackpot payouts within authorized limits.

Assist guests with completing W-2G tax forms for payouts exceeding IRS thresholds.

Respond to and resolve minor machine issues in assigned areas, including paper jams, bill acceptor problems, printer paper changes, and similar malfunctions.

Monitor assigned areas, interacting with guests and observing machines to identify and address potential problems.

Investigate player concerns, machine malfunctions, or irregularities, and escalate issues to the on-duty supervisor as needed.

Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, patience, and attentiveness.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable tribal, state, federal, and NIGC regulations.

Help maintain a clean and welcoming gaming floor.
