Work Requirements:
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
- Outbound or cold-calling sales experience strongly preferred
- Insurance sales experience a plus
Licensing:
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast)

*Sign-on bonus terms: Any candidate who accepts a full-time, regular job as an Insurance Agent with AAA Northeast will be eligible to receive a $1500 sign-on bonus. This bonus will be issued in two installments, the first after successful completion of 3 months of employment and the second after successful completion of 6 months of employment. These bonus terms take effect on your first day of work.
