We’re looking for an SEM Manager who can take our Paid Search strategy to the next level - turning clicks into revenue and maximizing ROI. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on results, leverages AI-powered tools, and knows how to convert clicks into revenue. As a strategic leader, you’ll collaborate with senior marketing teams, eBusiness partners, and the Director of Media Marketing to continuously optimize campaign performance. You’ll also play a hands-on role in campaign execution, paid search strategy, data interpretation, and team development—ensuring that every dollar spent delivers measurable value and maximizing ROI and fueling to fuel growth.Â

What you will do:
Lead & Strategize: Strategize, develop, execute, and scale Paid Search (SEM) and YouTube campaigns that drive performance, efficiency, and growth. Play integral role in our strategic approach for AEO impact on Paid Search landscape.
Optimize Relentlessly: Monitor Direct campaign pacing, targeting, and segmentation—making smart shifts in strategy, tactics, and budget to maximize ROI.
Leverage AI & Tools: Harness Adobe Advertising for Search and AI-driven insights to forecast, simulate, and continuously improve results.
Test & Learn: Build structured test-and-learn programs across audiences, placements, and platforms—turning insights into performance gains.
Inspire & Mentor: Provide leadership and direction to the SEM team—sharing best practices, mentoring talent, and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with full media team, creative, business lines, analytics, and digital experts to deliver media executions that generate measurable impact.
