The Opportunity
Booyah Advertising seeks a Senior Business Developer to oversee lead generation. This is an individual contributor role – you will not be managing anyone. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and warming up prospects for our senior partners to engage and convert into clients. Your primary task is to engage qualified prospects, driving the top-of-the-funnel activity that fuels our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Execution:
You will own the top of the funnel generating new leads and opportunities. The leads you bring in will drive massive impact to the bottom line. Whether it is email, phone, in person, events, social or all the channels – generating new opportunities will be your jam! You’ll work with our senior partners /SMEs on working a deal through the funnel. They are some of the best closers you’ll find, making a great team selling environment.
Your Leads Become Booyah’s Clients:
Define and refine lead generation activities that produce quality engagements for our senior experts. Ensure that leads are delivered efficiently to Booyah’s experts and that the experts are supported along the way (experts close the deal)
Process Innovation & Documentation + Forecasting:
Develop and document your best practices and learnings. We are building our prospecting and lead gen playbook. We want to build out this team (certainly an opportunity for you to be the leader) and define what strategies and tactics generate great business. You are a big part of that. We’ll be looking to you to articulate what you do so well to help build the playbook.
Part of building this will be accurate forecasting + happy referenceable clients. It is important to generate high quality leads, but also a system to build around so we can accelerate top of funnel that yields to a strong bottom of funnel and revenue achievement.
