JOB STATEMENT
Guest and Ticketing Services Assistants provide customer service by assisting patrons with ticket and subscription orders over the phone, web and email, and in person at the walk-up window. Assistants will work on show nights distributing will call and assisting patrons at the window. Assistants will become knowledgeable of current product offerings in order to best assist patrons.
Guest and Ticketing Services Assistants are part-time positions work a minimumof20/hrs. per week and maximum of 30 hours per week. Office hours are 11:30am-8:30pm, daily; applicants must be available nights and weekends.
JOB DUTIES:
- Efficiently and effectively process ticket purchases in Tessitura.
- Communicate with patrons via phone, email, web chat, and in person.
- Check phone messages and return calls throughout the day.
- Accurately maintain a cash drawer of $100.00 or more.
- Participate in the Subscriber Renewal campaign which includes outbound calling, emails, and in-person visits.
