Associate for Connection Services FULL-TIME.  First Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

   The Associate of Connections Services helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of data and user experience across First Pres’ online platforms. This position helps maintain data integrity and helps maintain front facing structures for users, including content channels, registrations and other pages driven out of ROCK. This includes providing support to ministries and operations, specifically technology, communications, and the business office. This position will also assist the business office with financial support including contribution counts and giving statements.


Essential Roles:


  1. Maintains the Internal Communication Page inside ROCK, updating with relevant announcements and information based on direction provided by the Director of Communications.
  2. Managing critical relations between donors ensuring needs and concerns are being met.
  3. Work with the Business Office to ensure that Giving Statements are correct and tabulated in a timely manner.
  4. Integral member of the Event Ministry Services Team
  5. Plays a pivotal role on the Data Integrity Team
  6. Helps maintain and execute structures by managing executive level public calendars and events.
  7. Works with Director of Technology and Director of Communication to help maintain content channels and maintain the mass communication approval process.
  8. Maintains the Intranet pages in the database, working with Director of Human Resources to be sure employee resources are up to date.
  9. In conjunction with our accounts receivable, this position will help with Monday morning contribution counts.
  10. Assists the public with user experience needs, including the administration of public ROCK accounts and the registration process.
  11. Will work with the Director of Technology Integration and Director of Communication to help with the First Pres App Integration.
  12. Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required

  • Demonstrates ongoing, prayerful, and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. 
  • Demonstrates a willingness to work within different ministry areas.
  • Professionally organized with ability to prioritize. 
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion. 
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years working in a team environment engaged in hospitality, data integration     and database systems. 
  • Experience and love for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ability to be flexible. 
  • Experience in conflict management.
