Job Summary: Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize business reports for weekly executive meetings
- Track and maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM system - Salesforce
- Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office
- Coordinate and maintain reports for quarterly production review meetings for producers and product group leaders
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Create invoices in EPIC and maintain commission schedules for all producers
- Reconcile data from monthly invoices vs actual received revenue
- Participate in maintaining calendars for all producers
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
- Responsible for support services activities/questions for NYC office- IT, Maintenance, Mail, Office Supplies
