As a Employer Resources Manager, Self-Directed Services, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and termination processes for all participant employers’ employees. The Employer Resources Manager will lead the team of Employer-Employee Resources Specialists who facilitate the day-to-day onboarding and offboarding processes. With a strong focus on customer service and contract requirements, the Employer Resource Manager will manage all onboarding-related and other assigned service tickets and ensure high quality, timely resolutions. The Employer Resources Manager will serve as the key contact for all employee onboarding practices for program participants and their employees, support team members, and other stakeholders. The Employer Resources Manager reports to the Director of Employer Resources and works collaboratively with all departments within Self-Directed Services.


This role requires a high school diploma or GED, though a bachelor’s degree in business or human resources is strongly preferred. This position also requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources including 3 years managing HR team members, along with experience managing HRIS systems and navigating basic employment law. The wage is $74,000 annually with paid professional development and continued education, as well as a competitive benefits package. While this is a remote position, the candidate must be able to travel to our Severn, Maryland headquarters or other Maryland sites for quarterly meetings as needed.                                                                                    #Arc2024
