Job Overview

The main responsibility of the admissions and marketing coordinator is to make new connections with potential oaks college students and guide them towards becoming students of Oaks College. The secondary responsibility is to oversee and maintain the marketing brand of Oaks College through various marketing outlets.

 

Responsibilities + Duties:

  • Oversee and execute all recruitment trips throughout the course of the year.
    • This includes fine arts events, district events, camps, and Oaks College worship events.
  • Oversee the making of and production of all Oaks College merchandise.
  • Oversee all Preview Day events.
  • Oversee all contact and communication with potential students through CRM System called Pipedrive.
  • Develop, train, and supervise all members of the Oaks College recruitment team.
  • Develop and manage a communication calendar for all new, incoming students.
  • Develop and implement goals, objectives, processes, and a budget for the recruitment functions.
  • Maintain recruitment budget through receipt management system.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversee Marketing and recruitment budget.

Develop and train oaks college recruitment team

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience within Oaks Church or College admissions at least 2 years.

 

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to students, staff, parents, and pastors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Needs to be familiar with CRM functions. Salesforce, Pipedrive or other CRM systems.

Needs to be able to work with Adobe photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft office, Asana task management system.

  • Needs to be able to understand and utilize financial budgets and documents.
  • Creative ability to visualize, vision cast and build different booth arrangements for recruitment events and functions. 

 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working at a computer
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
  • Build and tear down recruitment booths very easily.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40-50 pounds at a time.
