Days/Hours: 1^st Shift, Monday thru Friday, 6:00am–12:00pm

The Team: 

Our Material Handling and Inventory Team plays a key role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of product provided to our customers, both internal and external.  It is our responsibility to receive, organize, and store components and manufactured parts, ensure correct parts are picked for production jobs, sustain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory process management, and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
 

The Role: 
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Warehouse Clerk.  In this hybrid role and as part of the Material Handling and Inventory Team, you will receive, inspect, move, locate, pull, kit, pack, and transport material in order to create inventory control and warehousing processes to ensure the accuracy of the inventory. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in material handling environments, utilization of order fulfillment software and strong data entry. This role, being independent of direct supervision also has some responsibilities in facility maintenance.

You will spend your time:

• Unloading incoming and loading outgoing trucks
• Receiving and Inspecting material
• Putting away received product with use of material handling equipment
• Transaction/Entry of receipts and inspection within Business system software
• Use of handheld device and computer
• Pulling/kitting component parts for production job builds
• Organizing the warehouse
• Transporting material to/from other facilities
• Tracking inventory movements
• Physical “cycle” count of product
• Create inventory labels and mark product accordingly
• Opening and Closing of building to include arming of alarm system
• Maintaining and clearing of snow from exterior entryways
• Some maintenance of internal facilities to include bathrooms, breakrooms, walk-ways, and work areas
• Other duties as assigned

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Current/Valid State issued Driver’s License
• Forklift experience or willingness and ability to become qualified
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time, up to the entire duration of shift

Travel:

• This position will travel frequently (up to daily) between the RiverSide Rushford, Lewiston and Winona facilities with the use of company vehicle(s).
• Additional “same day” travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
• Must possess and maintain current/valid State issued Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, reaching, kneeling
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit
• Lifting frequently, up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

• Warehouse / Manufacturing production floor
