High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 5 -10 years’ experience in construction management highly preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP), and Project Management Software certifications and training are a plus. Good oral and written communications skills and ability to work in teams at different levels within the organization. Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must be self-motivated with good attendance record. Able to lead and make decisions. Able to predict, resolve, and/or avoid future problems. Must be able to work flexible hours.

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
