Summary of Position

The Production Scheduling Coordinator (PSC) will support the Production Scheduling Department within the Asmodee North America production and supply chain team. The Production Scheduling Department is responsible for maintaining a rolling 18-month contract-manufacturing schedule for all studios based in North America: Atomic Mass Games, Catan Studio, Fantasy Flight Games, Unexpected Games, and Z-Man Games. The PSC will work closely with the Production Scheduling Manager to ensure all products from these studios maintain target stock availability levels.


Essential Functions

  • Maintain release schedule, reprint schedules, and production databases with a rolling 18-month outlook.
  • Coordinate with Interco team to incorporate international reprints and localization schedules.
  • Review existing quotes for reprint printings to determine if new quotes are needed.
  • Proactively acquire updated quotes as needed according to schedule.
  • Track multiple outstanding quote requests and projects at different stages.
  • Create and update budgets to accurately build and issue purchase orders for reprints.
  • Process vendor invoices daily and verify the appropriate payment windows for Asmodee finance teams.
  • Assist supply chain management team with monitoring vendor workloads and priorities to ensure all production jobs are delivered on time in full.
  • Track upcoming new releases so they can be reviewed and added to the reprint schedule without causing delays
  • Assist with other data gathering and analysis as requested by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time; sometimes with little notice.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with other team members and individuals.
  • Must be able to use judgement, discretion, and critical thinking skills to solve a variety of short-term scheduling problems so that most important long-term business goals remain achievable.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to quickly organize information from multiple sources and provide the best set of options that achieve the maximum number of business goals.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to external and internal customers.
  • Product knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or business administration preferred.
  • Preferred professional experience in contract manufacturing, print production, or related field.
  • Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate tables and data
