What You Bring:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 years; B2C real estate marketing in MD/DC/Northern Virginia is preferred
  • Experience with developing marketing campaigns and events
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms and curating content
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to the details
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe programs, Wordpress and other content management platforms
  • Ability to travel to field locations as necessary


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the implementation and execution of the marketing plan for assigned properties (Rio, Gaithersburg, MD and Downtown Silver Spring, Silver Spring, MD) designed to drive consumer visitation and sales.
  • Create and implement marketing events and programming to ensure highest quality customer experience.
  • Develop and manage digital and social media content in conjunction with digital strategy. Ensure property websites, social media channels, email and text communications have engaging and relevant content and deliver a quality user experience.
  • Management of marketing events and programming to include vendors, tenants, event staff and other contract resources, as needed.
  • Management and oversight of the Waterfront Activation operations (Rio), including interfacing with operators and staff, reporting on monthly sales and tracking ridership.
  • Assist with implementation and deliverables of alternate revenue program including sponsorships, brand activations and special events.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all marketing channels.
