Executive Assistant

  • Provide daily administrative support for executives
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management as needed
  • File monthly expense reports for management and certain sales team colleagues
  • Responsible for Support Services activities/questions IT, Maintenance, Mail, Office Supplies
  • Maintain calendar for management/executive team
  • Help manage executive inbox follow up and communication
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on open issues in a timely manner
  • Performs office coordinator duties to include preparing FedEx/UPS packages, ordering promotional items & work orders
  • Other duties as assigned


SFDC Administrator

  • Assist with CACs SFDC architecture, reporting and maintenance
    • Management of SFDC pipeline data integrity, working with CAC production team to correct and update SFDC data
    • Track individual producer new business results
    • Perform month-end closing duties to update overdue effective dates, track forecast accuracy to actual results, and work with sales team to input new opportunities
  • Assist with CACs production incentive reporting, data integrity and interaction with CACs production team
  • Work with Chief Revenue Officer and VP Business Development to create revenue reports for executive team members
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience required
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce/EPIC experience preferred
