ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
- Prepare construction sites tools and materials
- Load and deliver materials for projects
- Operate and handle construction equipment and machines
- Clean construction sites, remove debris & hazardous materials
- Assist in demolition and deconstruction activities at job sites
- Perform framing, drywall, and finish carpentry work independently
- Inspect work to ensure painting, other finishes, and touch-ups are completed
- On-the-job training and cross departmental training
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
