Location

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer phone and route calls as appropriate
  • Greet and announce visitors
  • Reserve rental cars, hotel rooms, and book airline tickets
  • Process UPS shipments
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Document scanning
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain sign out log for employees, vehicles, and conference rooms
  • Maintain supplies for meetings
  • Coordinate/order snacks and meals for meetings
  • Coordinate meetings with product reps
  • Conference room maintenance
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required
  • Run errands
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 1-year equivalent experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Work collectively with administrative support staff and be customer service driven.
