The Senior Marketing Specialist works closely with Marketing Managers, Proposal Pursuit Managers, Office Managers, Operational Staff, and the Marketing and Business Development team to lead procurement response efforts and enforce best practices relative to the procurement response approach. The position also includes coordination of marketing activities and events, communications tasks and other Corporate Marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively works with technical staff and marketing team to respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest submissions.

  • Compile materials for proposals in accordance with client requests including some writing and editing narrative for proposals such as project descriptions and staff qualifications.

  • Proofread, writes and edits employee, project, and qualification collateral. Coordinate with technical staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral.

  • Develops and ensures compliance with RFP/RFQ request and proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments.

  • Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic.

  • Conducts employee and project record updates through Deltek Vision CRM system.

  • Assist with production of interview materials including PowerPoint presentations, boards and other materials as needed.

  • Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in a Marketing/Proposal role within AEC industry.

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field; strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign document layout and graphics and Microsoft PowerPoint composition and graphics; experience with CRM systems (Deltek Vision preferred).

  • Looking for a self-motivator, capable of independent work, able to juggle multiple deadline oriented priorities, exceptional attention to detail and have excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Must have strong writing and editing skills as well as verbal and visual communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines and ability to work well in a team environment.

 

The range for this position is between $80-90k annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
