What You Bring:


  • 5 years of IT Support related experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Ability to work in office; position is not remote
  • Expert at troubleshooting, resolving and communicating end user IT issues
  • Direct experience with Windows 10, 11, and server 2016, 2019 (desktop and core).
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, VMware and SQL
  • Experience with routers, switches, and troubleshooting connectivity
  • Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS
  • Eagerness to research and learn a wide range of technologies in an effort to support company objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to champion through daily interactions.
  • Prior experience in the commercial, retail, industrial and/or multi-family real estate industry is a bonus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk Ticket Management Responds in a timely manner to the daily incoming tickets and uses problem solving and troubleshooting skills to find a resolution for each ticket.
  • Research, plan and implement systems to support day to day operations of the company.
  • Systems Administration creation of new users, user access to files/folders, permissions.
  • IT Security Training Possesses the credentials, knowledge and experience to teach IT systems and policies to others.
  • Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management
