We are seeking long-term growth and career-minded rock stars to join our Sales team!  American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets.  ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.  We are looking for an International Account Manager who will be responsible for sales within a specific regional geography focusing on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth opportunities with the current customer base.


What you’ll do:

  • Interface with customer/distributors at their first- and second-line management levels for annual budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Strategize and manage the short- and medium-term regional growth initiatives to drive overall company sales objectives.
  • Work with the branded market managers in developing marketing strategies and budget.
  • Negotiate with distributors on the allocated marketing spend.
  • Manage stock/inventory listing, availability, visibility, and expiration issues within prescribed guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the logistics function to ensure timely clearing and delivery of product.
  • Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations.
  • Provide insights from knowledge acquired through multiple data sources from distributors such as SAP, Oracle, Market reports (AC Nielson) to ensure forecast accuracy, ROI and devising key account plans and distribution.
  • Analyze market trends to provide input for new Brand evaluations.


What you’ll bring:

  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management administration, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food & beverage/CPG industry and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a complex sales environment, managing demanding customer accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and KPI’s
  • Deliver clear and compelling value propositions to customers/partners.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Availability to travel as needed.


What you’ll be paid:

Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $90,000 – $100,000 annually.
