Salvin Dental/ Salvin Regenerative, a well-established leader in regenerative products and specialized surgical instrumentation for implant dentistry and oral surgery, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative covering Sacramento and Reno, NV area. We are a market niche company with a product line geared to elective procedures, generally not limited or controlled by managed care or insurance reimbursement. Your dentist may not know who we are, but the surgical specialists they refer to would very likely be our customers. Salvin is known for Everything For Your Implant Practice But The Implants, and because we do not sell a specific dental implant system, our reps generally have access to surgeon’s offices regardless of the implant system that the doctor is using.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for all Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your assigned geography inclusive of both current customer growth as well as new customer acquisition.
  • Represent the company in all dealings with key customers in an effort to gain market share that will ultimately lead to achieving annual sales growth goals for the business.
  • Leverage experience, prior relationships, and people skills to successfully develop productive relationships with all customers in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve the assigned sales goals and KPI’s as assigned for your territory.
  • Maintain good record keeping of customer information as well as status within the sales funnel to ensure healthy opportunities for continued growth.

Qualifications:

Training and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the medical and dental industry.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

  • Medical sales background.
  • Highly Self-Motivated, competitive, results driven professional.
  • Ability to build and maintain key professional relationships with customers.
  • Ability to gain trust quickly with strategic customers and quickly advance sales process.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships externally, as well as internally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach to the work.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems.

Working Conditions:

  • Office/work from home environment with daily travel to customer dental offices within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Will attend and work approximately 8-10 dental study club meetings, surgical courses, state, regional or national trade shows per year.
