General Qualifications
The Fall Seasonal Staff Team Member must be a mature follower of Jesus, still growing and developing in his/her faith. He/she must be fully in accordance with Carolina Creek Christian Camps (Carolina Creek) mission statement, and statement of beliefs; committed to living these out personally, and instilling them in the organization. He/she must be of strong moral character and integrity. Must be able to fulfill all job responsibilities and physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Position Objective
The Fall Staff Team Member will work with the Program Director to help all guests at Carolina Creek know and experience the love of Jesus Christ. He/she will facilitate activities, serve meals, provide hospitality, clean, and do anything else a guest group at Carolina Creek will need. He/she will assist all departments in preparing for diverse camp functions. He/she is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship in a manner consistent with Carolina Creek’s mission, vision and values.

Key Job Accountabilities

Participate in regular corporate prayer, worship and Bible study.

Able to answer questions about Christian doctrines and belief from their own personal experience

Possess the ability to pray with staff members and guests.

Facilitate Carolina Creek adventure/recreation, aquatics, and target sports in a safe manner.

Assist the Guest Experience Team in the logistics of arrival and departure of guest groups.

Assist the Guest Experience Team in the cleaning of dining halls, common areas, and cabins.

Assist the Kitchen Staff in the serving and cleaning of meals for all guest groups.

Assist the Programming team in facilitation programs including helping as a team leader, facilitator, lifeguard or in any aspect of keynote.

Assist the Grounds Team in preparing grounds for guests by helping in mowing, weed-eating, removing dead limbs, and general maintenance.

Assist the Human Resources Team in preparing for recruiting events, garage sales, and fairs.

Assist the Lone Star Lights team in organizing, preparing, and setting up.

Attend all required staff meetings and events.
