Description

NorthCare seeks a dedicated professional to supervise and direct staff in our Family Preservation Services, including Comprehensive Home-Based Services, Parent Partner, Family KINnections, and SafeCare. This role requires flexibility, strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to supporting children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with agency and contract policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of service recipients.
  • Support hiring and recruitment processes.
  • Foster a professional, growth-oriented, and collaborative culture.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners, including Oklahoma Human Services (OHS).
  • Assess caseloads and assign cases.
  • Oversee and review assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings with staff.
  • Lead corrective conversations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure staff work flexible 40-hour weeks and maintain accurate schedules.
  • Approve timesheets, expenses, and leave requests.
  • Attend and participate in agency meetings and required training.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s in social work or related field + 2 years of experience; or
  • Bachelor’s in social work or related field + 4 years of experience; or
  • Bachelor’s in social work or related field + 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Report any confirmed record of child abuse.
  • Reliable transportation and valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
  • Carry a cell phone and respond to calls within 60 minutes.
  • Maintain current automobile liability insurance.
  • TB test within 12 months prior to employment or obtain within 30 days.
