What You'll Do:

As an Organ Recovery Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of this life-saving mission, playing a pivotal role in the process:

• Responding to initial donor referrals
• Evaluating potential donors

• Managing organ donor medical needs
• Allocating organs
• Ventilatory management

To excel in this extraordinary role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of critical care experience as an LPN, Paramedic, Registered Nurse, or Registered Respiratory Therapist
• The ability to collaborate seamlessly with medical professionals at all levels.
• A dedication to working a demanding schedule, including 3 twelve-hour night shifts a week.
• Willingness to travel across the state of Oklahoma.
• Grace under pressure to handle high-stress situations in a clinical environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail when it comes to documentation.
• Have attained or the aspiration to obtain your BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within one year.
