ThermoWorks, a fast-growing company that has provided advanced temperature instruments for over 19 years, is looking for a Small Electronics Technician.

The Technician will focus on repairing consumer electronics (this is not a customer-facing position). Experience with small electronics repair is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who possess a positive attitude and who like to work as a team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Repair small consumer electronics using soldering iron, multimeter power supply and small hand tools

• Ability to work some evenings (until 7pm) and some Saturdays

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have solid technical aptitude and the ability to logically troubleshoot and problem solve

• Proficient with Google Suite apps (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Sheets)
• 1+ years of technical work experience preferred, but not required (experience repairing cell phones, hardware, thermometers)
• Passion for cooking and barbequing (BBQ) a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
• Constantly operates computer and small repair tools
