Description

Resort/Hospitality – You are a creative designer familiar with hospitality brand standards and FF&E development. You are experienced in collaborating with internal architects and designers on large-scale hotel projects.

 

Interior Designer I provides assistance throughout the building design process, including but not limited to programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, renderings, presentation materials, and construction administration activities under routine guidance. Has basic knowledge of interior products, manufacturers, and material sources. Collaborates with team in design activities, and researching products, materials, furniture, and equipment (FF&E). Works under the direction of a Senior Interior Designer, or Project Manager, and PIC. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Proficient in Revit Modeling
  • Proficient in graphic programs (such as Adobe Acrobat, Sketch-up, InDesign, and Photoshop) and has proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Modeling and 3D skills in Sketchup, Enscape and/or VRay is a plus
