Summary: The Sales Support Manager monitors workflow within the Sales Support team. They ensure each member of staff is working accurately and at pace. While simultaneously pushing for employee growth and development.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Implements workflow and prioritize objectives to ensure are timetables are met and policies upheld.
  • Staff consistently improve performance as measured by KPIs and monthly review process.
  • Ruthlessly adheres to Service Level Agreements with both internal and external customers.
  • Gathers and distributes all necessary information to both internal departments and customers.
  • Functions as a hub for Marketing, Finance, Operations.
  • Gives on the spot feedback to reinforce positive behavior and correct where necessary.
  • All other tasks as directed by management.
Education/Experience
  • High end Excel Skills required
  • Experience in Mass sales or buying is a plus
  • Experience in Ecom is a plus (not required as listed)
  • Business Analytics preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Oriented Required
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Willingness to research independently and be able to explain various products/product lines.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing staff to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of uncovering multiple customer’s needs (both expressed and unexpressed) and translate those needs to customer specific solutions. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals.
  • Proven conflict management.
  • Friendly demeanor, with the ability to make customer feel valued.
