PRIMARY FUNCTION:                                    

  • The service advisor is expected to be a Customer Service Liaison between the Service Department and their Customers. The Service Advisor is expected to take ownership of all Repair Orders (Customers) that they open as well as support all other Repair Orders (Customers) as needed until the time that they are completed and closed.


ADMIN FUNCTIONS:                                      

  • Initial Contact with the customer
  • Communicate Intake of Repair Orders to the Foreman
  • Present Customer(s) with Estimate(s) and or Repair Plans.
  • Ensure Constant Communication with Foreman
  • Update Customers on repair status
  • Customer Pick-up
  • Collect Payment or Purchase Orders.

  • Excede software experience preferred.
  • Experience with processing work orders preferred.
  • 3+ years experience and industry knowledge preferred.
