POSITION SUMMARY:
1st Security Bank of Washington is looking for an individual to manage our branch, loan production and administrative locations with an ever changing and fast-growing community banking environment. Position will require a minimum of 30 hours per week to manage, maintain, oversee, assist, and interact within the current locations for 1st Security Bank. Individual should have experience with light commercial construction/repair work. Employee will be required to replace lamps in light fixtures, repair plumbing fixtures, paint, clean up, and perform minor repairs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Interacting with all 1st Security Bank employees to ensure they have sufficient resources available to meet their day-to-day job function from the facilities we operate; as well as correspond with them on facility issues in a timely fashion with updates etc.

Assistance in facilities projects including new furniture orders, coordinating the moving of departments, and coordinating the various employees involved with upgrades and/or moves.

Site visits to branches throughout Western Washington to inspect and ensure our facilities are in top working condition.

Provide reports to your supervisor of progress on tasks completed and/or in process.

Crisis management relating to facilities. Specific to banking, being involved with the quick temporary repair of any vandalized facilities and/or broken equipment.

Maintenance of the back-up generator.

Cleaning of roofs and gutters.

Performs other duties as assigned.
