We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Lease & Rental Administrator to join our dynamic team at Cumberland Idealease in Orlando, Florida. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations across various administrative and rental tasks.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in processing and distributing Accounts Payable and other financial documents.
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors, providing high-level customer service.
- Maintain and monitor all customer insurance certificates to ensure compliance with the correct language and up-to-date coverage.
- Manage the organization and filing of vehicle and customer files, including processing UPS shipments and office invoices.
- Support the Idealease Rental, Service and Account Managers in tasks such as billing, fuel reconciliation, and miscellaneous customer service inquiries.
Rental Support:
- Assist in rental operations including contract preparation, billing, and the check-in/out of equipment.
- Conduct daily yard checks and maintain accurate status reports on all rental vehicles.
- Daily contact with the Service Department to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Leadership and Development:
