As a Marketing Manager, you will own all aspects of marketing the scientific platforms and services Integral offers to current and potential partners. This role requires an ability to communicate the complexity of Integral’s product and services offerings into clear, digestible, compelling materials that set us above the competition. 

This role reports to the Manager of Commercial Strategy with autonomy. You will own various projects, and tasks in a dynamic environment while keeping up to the pace of Integral. 

How You’ll Drive Impact – It’s about your leadership

  • Lead creation of product marketing assets that clearly and effectively communicate our messaging, value-propositions, and positioning to drive marketing qualified leads to the sales organization for further engagement. 
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand and anticipate their needs for new materials creation to successfully sell the Integral offering to prospective partners 
  • Manage the entire process of materials creation, from ideation, data packaging, slide creation, to executive review and approval
  • Support additional sales collateral efforts such as de novo brochure creation, email campaigns, paid advertising, and trade show booth presence, while monitoring and reporting on performance across initiatives 
  • Create clear, effective, and integrated strategies, plans, and tactics for current and new product launches, such as content development, customer engagement, customer experience, and lead generation
  • Integrate closely with our scientific team and leadership to lead the successful launch of new product offerings
  • Manage a team of creative, dynamic marketing professionals

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years marketing or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing or a related discipline is required
  • Persuasive communicator across written and visual media, able to translate complex topics into compelling benefits
  • Proficient in software needed to generate compelling visual materials, such as PowerPoint and the Adobe suite
  • You are familiar with paid digital marketing channels used to drive traffic and increase qualified sales leads
  • Analytical mindset and ability to monitor and report on what works to optimize strategies
  • Experience in communications in a scientific sales organization and an understanding of the biologics drug discovery process is preferred
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing platform is preferred
