The Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in the Asia Market. Your mission will involve extensive travel to establish and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. With your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for French cuisine and culture, you will drive sales growth and market expansion for La Tourangelle products, leaving a lasting impact on the culinary landscape of Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share in key Asian markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating distribution agreements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Represent La Tourangelle at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
