What You’ll Do: Create and launch efficient, effective teacher professional development experiences for our K-8 Spanish language products. Oversee the enhancements of our existing student Spanish curriculum, K-8. 

Essential Functions:

• Work collaboratively across functional areas to identify solutions for our K-8 Spanish product and problem-solve, ensuring that our Spanish products meet learning outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

• Collaborating with the implementation team to create product roadmaps and launch new product features effectively.

• Collaborate with other members of the Product Enhancement team to validate different product solutions. 

• Collaborate with the Product Enhancement and Product Marketing teams to create a process for successfully releasing/launching new product features.

• Collect customer feedback to continuously improve and enhance our Spanish products and keep growing the product roadmap.

Experience You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education

• 3+ years of experience as a Spanish teacher, in dual language, immersion or World Language settings 

• Advanced level of Spanish proficiency

• 3+ years of experience building professional development for language teachers
