POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Developer for the Center for Organ Recovery & Education (CORE) is one of moderate-high responsibility. The Developer works under the supervision of the Chief Information and Supply Chain Officer, responsible for WordPress development, PHP skills, Radzen or equivalent skills such as C# and Blazor Skills, API Integration, UAT, and Analyst skills. The incumbent is tasked with determining and documenting development requirements, creating mock-ups, and developing web-based solutions and integrations that align with company objectives. Familiarity with company-endorsed software and ongoing assessment of development tools and dashboards is crucial for success. Technical knowledge of SQL is a must. Mobile development is a plus. The Developer will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support for the optimization of computer software and its integration with other systems.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills and can independently identify areas for performance improvement opportunities. They will build strong relationships within the business and support functions to understand the business needs and provide guidance and suggestions in the creation of reporting and analytical solutions. The Developer will work to help the Leadership team to understand the data and give it context, helping to influence decision making. Continuing education and obtaining certifications is important for success as a Developer.
The Developer will work with the clinical, non-clinical, and Leadership personnel within CORE to develop and optimize software and integration with other systems.
