Our customers are auto repair and collision locations as well as new and used dealerships, where we provide management systems, payment services, communications tools, scheduling modules as well as accounting and finance packages.  


We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing operations for our sales and marketing teams. Assist in the solutioning, development and execution of best-in-class marketing technology and operational process. Work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and team to ensure our technology roadmap aligned with business objects for our sales and marketing teams. 


Primary Responsibilities 


  • Collaborate with end users to define user requirements, acceptance criteria and develop/manage marketing operations’ requests  

  • Solution and architect in a CI/CD development environment to develop and operationalize sales and marketing programs and requests in Vehlo’s MarTech stack 

  • Manage end-to-end regression testing and Q/A for and ensure timely delivery of request as defined in service-level agreements and sprint cycles 

  • Manage and troubleshoot marketing assets & integrated systems utilizing automated workflows API/webhooks, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and other native integrations within the technology ecosystem 

  • Ensure email and landing page best practices are in place for data security and GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance requirements 

  • Assist in manage database quality and maintain programs to cleanse and enhance our data through tools such as Marketo, ZoomInfo and RingLead

Skills and Requirements 

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar technical functions (e.g. Sales Ops, Business Ops) 

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot; Marketo Expert Certification preferred 

  • 2+ year experience with Salesforce (strongly preferred managing campaign tracking and building reports & dashboards) 

  • Must have proficiency in API/Webhooks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills required for development of integrated systems and marketing assets 

  • Understanding of B2B marketing; need to have familiarity with concepts such as lead management, demand generation, nurturing, demand waterfalls, MarTech, deliverability, and governance 

  • Working knowledge of Continuous Development and Continuous Development or Agile methodology preferably in Jira 

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel; experience with SQL and/or data analytics such as Tableau/Power BI is preferred 

  • Experience with additional technology such as RingLead, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg is preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
